This was once a meditteranean community of
fishers and monks appearing only to be a small village out of
the Middle Ages. Cannes, however, developed rapidly expanding
into the 19 th century thanks to Lord Brougham, a master-builder
of palaces and fine residencies at the time.
It was then, in 1880, when
the Golden Tulip Cannes Hotel de Paris, 4 stars hotel
and luxury palace in Cannes building was constructed
in a very fine Victorian style. The hotel, owned by the
Lazzari family since the 1960's, welcomes you in its
castle and old stone style to enjoy its renewed ambiance in the
21 st century.
Cannes is the city of opportunity, the place where everything is possible; what was once just a small village port has now become the global capital of fashion, luxury, and international affairs. Whether you are anonymous or a famous celebrity, travelling for business or for pleasure or attending a congress, the restaurants and the hotels will more than meet your expectations.
Whether for lunch or for dinner, with friends or for business,
Cannes, its famous “Croisette”
and its beaches
await you.
See you soon !
